Jamie Balch Collins

Jamie Balch Collins is a dedicated professional serving as the Executive Director, leveraging over 20 years of experience in youth development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of the Pacific, she also participated in the Semester at Sea program, traveling to over 10 countries in just 3 months.

Jamie’s commitment to community service is evident through her involvement in various organizations. She is a proud member of the Carpinteria Rotary Club, a volunteer at the Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center, and a committee member with Women Making Change. Notably, Jamie is a driving force behind the Carpinteria Non-Profit Collaborative, a collective effort established to unify local non-profits in the area. She also serves as co-chair with the Santa Barbara County Commission for Women.

Recognized for her outstanding achievements, Jamie was honored in 2021, with the prestigious “40 Under 40” award by the Pacific Coast Business Times. Her multifaceted skill set encompasses operations management, fundraising, and accounting, demonstrating her comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics.

With a passion for youth development and a track record of successful collaborative initiatives, she continues to be a driving force for positive change in the areas she serves.
