Katie Convoy

Katie is currently the Director of Advancement at St. Matthew’s Parish School in Pacific Palisades. Prior to St. Matthew’s, Katie was the Associate Director of Advancement at Cate School in Carpinteria where she worked primarily on the School’s comprehensive $100 million dollar campaign.
She has a dual bachelors degree in Women’s Studies and Communication from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters in Nonprofit and Corporate Communication from Johns Hopkins University. “Girls Inc. of Carpinteria’s mission to serve every single girl in Carpinteria demonstrates the impact and power of women in leadership and I could not be more proud to be a partner in this incredible organization.”
Katie Convoy is an educational and nonprofit fundraising professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, capital and annual giving, communications, stewardship, and organizational leadership.
She has been a trustee for Girls Inc. of Carpinteria for the last five years, serving as the board’s executive secretary and the chair of the Fund Development committee, where she supported efforts to establish and grow Girls Inc. of Carpinteria’s endowment and build comprehensive major gifts and planned giving program. Katie is honored to serve as the board President for the 2023-2024 year.
