HR and Operations Director
Gloria holds a B.A. in Ethnic Studies and History from University of California, San Diego. She has implemented, grown, and developed programs with Girls Inc. for over 6 years. She led the way on the national Girls Inc. literacy initiative, developing the local program and serving as a trainer for affiliates across the country. Gloria was lead on our COVID-19 response team by creating and implementing policies and procedures instrumental in managing operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and coordinating our reopening. She is a certified Safety Manager through OSHA that focuses on providing a healthy and safe environment for staff and girls. Gloria continuously works on creating processes to aid our organization in our day-to-day work and setting the standard for future operations. Â
